Media Release from Cook County - September 5, 2018

Temporary road closures will be in effect along Clearwater Lake Road on Monday, Sept 10 through Thursday, Sept 13 (weather permitting), to replace six cross culverts. Work will begin at the far east end and work its way west to the Gunflint Trail.

Motorists can expect delays up to one hour between 9 am to 3 pm on those days.

Motorists are asked to obey all signage and take extra caution. Your patience is appreciated as Cook County works to make these important infrastructure improvements.
