1854 TREATY OVERVIEW
JUNE 5, 5 PM 
William “Bill” Latady, Tribal Historic Preservation Officer for the Bois Forte Heritage Museum and John Morrin, Grand Portage Tribal Council will give an overview of the contents and importance of the 1854 Treaty.

COUNTY BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION
JUNE 11, 6 PM
This meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the Assessor. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, you MUST contact the Assessor’s Office prior to the date of the meeting to attend and be added to the list to be heard. Contact the Assessor with any questions or concerns, anytime by phone 218-387-3650 or in person.

BORDER TO BORDER TOURING ROUTE UPDATE 
JUNE 19, 5 PM 
MN DNR representatives will be here to provide an update on the proposed Border to Border Touring Route for licensed off-road vehicles. The proposal is similar to a back-country scenic byway and will utilize existing roads and routes.
