Joe Pandy came on board as the CEO of Arrowhead Electric Cooperative in September 2017.  On Friday, May 11, Pandy’s tenure with Arrowhead came to an abrupt end.

According to a member of the Arrowhead Electric Cooperative board of directors who wished to remain anonymous, Pandy chose to resign from his post as CEO.

The news of Pandy’s resignation comes less than one month before the Arrowhead annual meeting and elections.

In recent weeks concern has been expressed from some local cooperative members about Pandy’s stance on climate change. WTIP reached out to Pandy for an interview about his reaction to an email chain that claimed he was skeptical of climate change. Pandy denied the interview request.
