CoBank's No Barriers Program for Rural Veterans with Disabilities

Jan 11, 2018 07:21AM ● By Editor
Arrowhead Electric, in partnership with CoBank, will be nominating a disabled veteran from Cook County for a life-changing experience though the No Barriers program.

In 2017, CoBank launched a new program specifically designed to help disabled veterans from America's rural communities. Offered in partnership the nonprofit group No Barriers USA, the program enables up to 50 veterans nominated by our customers to participate in wilderness expeditions that challenge them mentally and physically and help them overcome obstacles in their lives.

CoBank covers the entire cost for all veterans who qualify to participate.
