Mission
& Purpose
The North Shore Health Care
Foundation is a private, independent, not-for-profit organization created
in 1993 by Cook County residents, solely to benefit health care in Cook
County. It is a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization. All contributions
to it are tax deductible. The mission of the Foundation is to benefit health
care for all those who live, work and visit in Cook County.
