Scholarship Application
The Wes Hedstrom Scholarship provides financial assistance to Cook County, Minnesota full-time year- around residents who fulfill one of the following criteria:

Scholarship Deadlines:
March 15 for summer courses
July 15 for fall courses
November 15 for spring (January) courses.
Awards are distributed through Cook County Higher Education until funds are exhausted, and are made payable to the college or university.
