Students are allowed a maximum of $125 per calendar year to be put towards textbooks. Dollars are awarded using a sliding scale based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Please fill out the textbook scholarship application (you will have to print it out) and return it to Cook County Higher Education, along with your textbook receipt(s) and a copy of your most recent Federal tax form (the section that shows your gross income).

Cook County Higher Education will reimburse you at the percent you have been awarded, not to exceed $125.
