Open Doors! College Classes in Cook County Grants from the Northland Foundation and the
Cook County Community Foundation help provide high speed computer access, study locations, and local certificate programs that lead to living wage
employment in the region. Check out the classes and workshops we offer right here in Cook County.
Attention high school students: With your senior year looming ahead, I am sure that you have begun discussions about your plans for after
high school graduation. If you are considering going to school in Minnesota, you should plan on taking advantage of and participating in Minnesota
Private College Week. This year it is scheduled for June 21 - 25 and will include 17 of Minnesota's best private colleges and universities. This is a great
way to preview the schools and get a feeling for the campus, coursework, instructors, financial aid, and ask questions related to your interests

Testing Services: Cook County Higher Education is a free test center for the following tests: Praxis, College Assessment (which incldes Lake Superior College, Hibbing Community College, Duluth Business University,

North Shore of Lake Superior.
