• Thurs Oct. 18 NOTE:  Two Times!   Sawtooth Mountain Clinic 11:30am-1:00pm & 4:30-6:00p Lower Level
• Tues Oct. 23  NOTE Two Locations and Two Times!    Birch Grove Clinic 10:00am - 11:00am  and Arrowhead Electric 3:15pm - 4:30pm

If you would like us to bill your insurance, please bring your information and card with you, otherwise there will be a $28.00 charge payable by cash or check only.
