This balanced state awakens your own natural healing processes and increases overall vitality. Thai bodywork utilizes a seamless blend of acupressure, compression, joint mobilization, stretching, and holding techniques that encourage relaxation and realignment, increase range of motion and flexibility, clear energetic blockages, as well as stimulate and nourish energy pathways. This therapy encourages a discovery of body/mind awareness on a physical and energetic level for both the giver and the receiver.
