Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course

• Monday, August 13th - 10:00am -7:15pm
• Tuesday, August 14th - 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Both sessions must be attended to gain certification.

The course fee is $180 for students. The course will be free for anyone who is hired for a lifeguard position following successful completion of the certification.

The Cook County YMCA is currently hiring part-time lifeguards. To gain a YMCA lifeguard position, applicants must hold a current lifeguard certification or be able to complete a lifeguard certification class at the YMCA.
