Come learn about the Talent Development Program and steps to apply! Presented by Teri Dudley of NEMOJT Thursday March 29th Starts at 9am-10 (Light breakfast will be provided) FREE to attend - Donations accepted Teri will present about the Talent Development Program Funds and how to apply to receive them. Talent Development Program can grant up to $25,000 per business is available per program year. The Talent Development Program (TDP) is designed to pay for the cost of training associated with advancing the skills of the existing workforce to help improve business processes or increase competitiveness. Only one application per business will be accepted per program year (July 1-June 30). That one application may include multiple sets of employees and multiple training courses. Training duration may not exceed twelve months. Eligible employers include private, for-profit, non-profit, and government (including school districts) who have operated in Minnesota for at least 18 months. Eligible employees must be at least 18 years old, work at least 32 hours a week, and earn an hourly wage above minimum wage.
