Wooly Worlds: Make a Felted Diorama

Cabin fever setting in? Create an imaginary, silly, volcanic or a dream world you'd like to live in and make it out of colorful and sculptable wool.

Week 1: We will learn to use the needle felting tool and learn how to paint a background 2d landscape or scene.

Week 2: Using needle felting and wet felting techniques, you’ll create sculptural items for your diorama.

Week 3: Continue sculptural felting and assemble your dioramas.

All supplies will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring a box you like for your diorama and possibly photos or sketches of the scene. Any size box from a mint box to a wine box. No experience is needed. All ages, 9 and older welcomed. Bring a large towel.
