The YMCA debuts the newest fitness class in this Strength Train Together Launch Party. Bring your workout clothes and get ready to sweat! Join the group after class for snacks and giveaways. Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. The classes uses an adjustable barbell, weights plates and body weight along with dynamic and motivational music to make you sweat and take you to your personal best.
