On Wed., Sept. 13, the Happy Hikers will be hiking along the beautiful waterfalls of the Cascade River and then along some of the trails on the WEST side of the Cascade River. The hike will be about 2 hours in duration. Difficulty will be medium to difficult with mud, rocks, roots, steps & elevation. Lunch afterwards at the Cascade Lodge Restaurant. Meet up at the tennis court side of the YMCA at 9:30 am. We’ll carpool to the Cascade River parking lot along the side of Hwy. 61. Dogs are welcome, on a leash. Please wear a hat, sturdy walking shoes and bring walking sticks and water. Bring money for lunch. If it’s raining, the hike will be cancelled.
