5th annual Afternoon Tea and Cook County Higher Education Fundraiser

Cook County Higher Education

The 5th annual Afternoon Tea and fundraiser at Naniboujou with Karen Halbersleben will be on September 6th from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Karen has a presentation that is sure to inform and amuse: Why the Queen Matters This is a delightful semi-formal event—much like a garden party, so ladies and gentlemen, please wear a nice hat. Like previous years, we will have hats for rent if your wardrobe does not run to hats. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon · Naniboujou’s exquisite afternoon tea · Fascinating talk by Karen Halbersleben · Wear a lovely hat—rentals available · Door Prizes · New! 50/50 drawing. You will have two chances to win some cash! · Silent Auction – lots of great items! There is no wi-fi available to us at Naniboujou, so at-event registrations, donations, and silent auction purchases must be made with a check or cash. You will also want to have cash or a check on hand to participate in the 50/50 drawing. Expect to have a lot of fun! RSVP required. Cost: $50 pre-paid registration or $60 at the door. Advanced paid registrations must be made by September 1st to get the $50 rate. You can register and pay online if you like at http://www.northshorecampus.org/. We have tickets again! You can stop in at the North Shore Campus at 300 West 3rd Street and purchase your ticket in person. Bring your ticket to the event – we will use the stubs for door prize drawings. 218-387-3411 or [email protected]
