Join us as we march together to celebrate science and the scientists who serve the Arrowhead. We are community members who value how scientists and science practitioners contribute to our local economy, health, and well being. Wear green, blue, or whatever you wear for science, such as a lab coat or waders. We'll meet at the Cook County Community Center on Saturday April 22nd and start the march at 9:30 am. We'll walk east past the high school, then south down Broadway, to Harbor Park where we'll have a short rally with speakers from the community and local music. If you'd like to make a sign before the march, we'll have some materials available at 9:00 am in the 4H log building. After the rally ends at about 10:30 am, you're welcome to join the Earth Day beach clean-up being sponsored by East Bay Suites. Information will be available at Harbor Park.
