.A COMBINATION OF ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE MOVING INTO THE AREA AND
LIGHT NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL RESULT IN VERY COLD WIND
CHILLS TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
IMPROVE BY MID TO LATE MORNING ON SUNDAY. MEANWHILE...ON THE SOUTH
SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR...LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL PERSIST FOR
THE REMAINDER OF TONIGHT AND DECREASE BY MIDDAY ON SUNDAY. SOME
LOCATIONS WILL SEE BETWEEN 3 AND 6 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST AROUND 5 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...18 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO.
* FROSTBITE TIMES...15 TO 30 MINUTES FOR ANY EXPOSED SKIN UNDER
THESE CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE VERY COLD WIND CHILLS. THIS MAY RESULT IN HYPOTHERMIA AND POSSIBLY FROST BITE...IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
