I thought commercial postings were prohibited from the for-sale list! Why did you allow so-and-so to post his store's sale?

  • Commercial postings are prohibited from the news and for-sale lists.  However, Boreal does not pre-approve most messages before they're sent out.  We generally see inappropriate postings the same time you do - when they go out over the list.  At that point we send a warning message to the poster and may start monitoring their posts.  Repeat offenders are removed from the list.
