Verizon Wireless Phone and Internet Issues

Hey Boreal Land,

 

We have been experieincing a gradual degradation of serivce on  our Verizon cell phones and Mifi internet access during the past several weeks. It's gotten so bad it's hard to keep connected. Past history tells us that Verizon has either changed something at their tower or has some type of equipment problem, however they deny having any issue.

Customer service told us that multiple tickets and complaints may help them take this issue more seriously.

So if you are having slow connections or dropped calls PLEASE call Verizon and let them know, Dial 611 from your cell phone,  minutes are free. Or go to verizonwireless,com and let them know.
