Starting Wednesday-Move It In February!

Welcome to Winter and all the opportunities to MOVE IT!

MOVE IT is about moving towards good health in lots of ways, including being physically active.  It’s also about choosing healthier foods and feeling more peaceful and engaged in your life.

This weeks events include Qigong, Curling, Adult Hockey, Open Skating, and FREE DAY at the Y!

You can also register online to log your minutes/miles of physical activity.  They’ll all add up as we make our way from hot spring to hot spring on our way to Chena, Alaska!  Last year we made it all the way there,  but only got part of the way home.                                                                                    Can we MOVE IT enough to get there and back this February?
