One weekend each month during the winter we will offer a "Wine and Dine" gourmet experience. Friday dinner will include 4 unique entrees, and our Saturday dinner will include a fixed menu with 6 courses (appetizer, soup, salad, seafood or pasta, meat entree, and dessert), plus 2 glasses of wine (one red and one white).
Adam has been on our staff for eight years and he comes with a multitude of skills. We would love to cut him into three pieces--as our full time chef, as our lead dog musher, and as one of our wilderness fishing guides. He is one of those people that can look over the pantry and then create unusual and tasty meals on the fly. He will be coming up with a unique menu for each of these weekends and you will be in for a real treat in the dining room.
Reservations required by NOON Saturday for a seating at 5:30 or 7:30 for Saturday dinner. $34.95 per person plus tax.
