Caribou Highlands Lodge (an Odyssey Development Resort) – Lutsen, MN
Caribou Highlands Lodge in Lutsen, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager with a strong ability to lead others to ensure an effective and efficient operation of resort activities.
The AGM is both a senior leadership position and a growth opportunity to train to become a General Manager.
The AGM will assist the GM, while having direct responsibility for at least two operating departments, which may change or increase over time.
-- Successful previous management experience in a full-service resort
-- High-quality leadership skills
-- Excellent project-management skills
-- Must be enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for hospitality
-- Proven record of success with Quality Assurance reviews and Guest Satisfaction
-- Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
-- Proficiency in computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and other hotel operating systems
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
