PBS seeks side dish recipes

PBS eight of Duluth wants North Shore recipes for its program “S” is for Side Dishes! North Shore residents Paulette Anholm, Donna Lunke, and Lynn Singleton have been featured on the PBS program in the past. Submit your recipe by October 31, 2008 and you could become the newest culinary star on the WDSE Cooks cooking show and win a copy of the cookbook and a WDSE Cooks apron!

All recipes submitted will appear in the newest edition of WDSE Cooks recipe cookbooks. Submit your favorite recipes by October 31, 2008 to: WDSE Cooks, 632 Niagara Court, Duluth, MN 55811 or e-mail: jkellner@wdse.org.
