Decision Likely on $1.6 Million County Bond for Lutsen Affordable Housing at Tuesday Night Meeting

The public hearing for the $1,575,000 Cook County Tax Abatement Bond for the Lutsen Affordable Housing Project is set for tomorrow February 28th @ 5pm at the Cook County Court House at the Cook County Commissioner's meeting.  Jay Anderson, of WTIP, stated this morning on the radio that it is likely a decision on issuing these bonds will be made at Tuesday night's meeting.

An EDA meeting on the same issue will be held earlier in the day - February 28th @ 1pm at the Grand Marais City Hall.
