Lunch:  Fresh Lake Superior Whitefish sauteed with a light cornmeal crust and served on a whole grain bun with lemon basil aioli, lettuce, tomato and red onion

 

Thin Sliced Turkey with Melted Swiss Cheese, Bacon, Ranch Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on a Toasted Baguette

 

Soup: Creamy Roasted Tomatillo; Caramelized Onion, Blue Cheese and Walnut

 

Dinner: Dry rubbed and slow roasted Baby Back Ribs, basted with our own tangy BBQ sauce and served with Kentucky bourbon smashed sweet potatoes with orange honey butter and steamed fresh vegetables
