Join us at Bearskin Lodge every Saturday night this winter for fine dining, prepared by Executive Chef Scott Bergstrom. A cold winter’s night calls for a long, lingering, elegant meal to while away the evening hours. Bearskin Lodge welcomes the return of Executive  Chef Scott Bergstrom for a second season. This week's menu includes wild rice soup, a salad of Mixed Greens with Bleu Cheese and Walnuts, with a Red Wine Vinaigrette, entrees of Pan- Roasted Breast of Chicken with an Onion Marmalade and Natural Cream Sauce; or Breast of Duck with Maple Syrup and Cracked Black Pepper; or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Cream of Shallots and Thyme.  Followed by Scott's own chocolate mousse creation for dessert.  Limited space remains for this weekend.
