Part Time Community Center Associate
General Purpose: Coordinate Part Time Community, Recreation, and Senior Center Programs and Services for the west end community.
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and implementation of the nonprofit program and service administration, grant, and project initiatives. Use knowledge and skills to support executive director. Contribute to nonprofit mission, operations, and vision. Monitor program budgets and expenditures. Support application and execution of grants. Organize and maintain independent project based reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree an advantage. Proficient it Microsoft Office Suite. Experience or core competency in hospitality, activity planning, or operations. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter. Work Independently, Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Benefits: Temporary part time schedule approximately 10 hours per week, limited to grant supported 500 hours with opportunity for growth. Consistent work schedule and event times. Joining an innovative team dedicated to building a healthy, financially sustainable, and diverse community center for the west end of Cook County. Rewarding community involvement and engagement.
Salary Range: $12.00-$13.00 per hour based on experience, education, and qualifications.
