Level I Watercraft Inspector
The Watercraft Inspector serves to inform and educate the public to the threats of ecologically harmful aquatic invasive species (AIS) to Minnesota's waters.
Inspectors work at public water access sites educating the public by providing information to watercraft users and conducting a brief survey while inspecting watercraft for invasive species.

JOB TITLE: ATTORNEY’S OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
FUNCTION; Performs legal secretarial, administrative, receptionist, and file management duties in the County Attorney’s Office.
JOB DUTIES: Typical duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Organizes cases and case files. Maintains filing system. Provides information and assistance to attorneys, other county staff and the public. Prepares complex legal documents to include court documents, notices, complaints, summonses, warrants, subpoenas, deeds, contracts, and agreements. Transcribes dictation as needed. Maintains court calendars and schedules for attorneys. Monitors County Attorney budget and orders office supplies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Two years’ legal secretary or paralegal training, or 3-5 years’ work equivalency. Ability to transcribe audio as needed, and compose and prepare routine and complex materials. Ability to type 55 WPM. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Proficient at the use of a variety of common computer programs for word processing, calendaring, and email.
STATUS OF POSITION: This is a year-round, full-time, non-union position working 40 hours per week during normal business hours. Salary ranges: (2015 salary schedule) $14.15 (step 1) through $17.53 (step 15), plus full county benefit package to include Health/Life/LTD insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and pension contributions. After 2016, there is a chance the hours per week would reduce to 35.
