DUTIES: To work effectively within Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and Outreach services that help clients to live more successfully and independently in the community. Have knowledge of, and be able to teach skills related to coping, relapse prevention, and basic household and living skills. Assessing needs and applying interventions appropriately. Be able to complete functional assessments and treatment plans and daily progress notes. Be able to maintain appropriate boundaries in a variety of settings and situations. Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Mental Health Practitioner: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and 2000 supervised hours of mental health experience or High School Diploma and 6000 supervised hours of relevant mental health experience; or to qualify as a Mental Health Rehab Worker the Minimum qualifications for the Rehab worker is an AA degree in Behavioral Science, or 4000 hours supervised paid work experience delivering mental health services, or 3 years as a primary care giver to an adult with a mental illness(es), or 3 years personal experience with mental illness. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of community resources and area providers. Good time management skills, ability to be self directed and disciplined. Knowledge of employment related skills and crisis intervention skills.

Lutsen Resort Housekeeping Manager coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department and is a combination of managerial and hands-on work. The Manager facilitates the ongoing training, coaching and development of the team members within that department. S/he will conduct inspections of guest rooms, provide feedback to staff and crew leaders as well as manage administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory, ordering of supplies and managing operating expenses.
A strong candidate should have the ability to stay focused and calm in a time sensitive environment with the primary focus on managing the housekeeping staff in an efficient manner while maintaining a high level of unit quality. Individual must be organized, have an eye for detail, be able to prioritize and multi-task with speed and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to success in this position as well as strong communication skills.
To join our team as the Housekeeping Manager, you must be a high school graduate or the equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Leadership experience required.
