Activities Director Opening at Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts

Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts is seeking a full-time, year-round Activities Director. Position is responsible for coordinating entire guest activities program, including developing and implementing all guest activities and creating all activities schedules. Position manages an activities staff of 2-10 people as well as leads guided activities himself/herself, including guided hikes, biking tours, snowshoeing tours, cross country skiing lessons, kid’s activities, naturalist programs, etc. The Activities Director is also responsible for ordering and maintaining all recreational equipment needed to facilitate the above activities. Applicants should be proficient in all or most of the activities listed above. Applicants should also have a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. Naturalist experience/education is a huge plus. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field as well as 2+ year’s related experience, or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
