Condominium Resort Property/Rental Management Position Available
Property/Rental Management provider needed for condominium complex with thirty-one units and three hotel rooms. Manage the property including unit maintenance and provide rental management services for individual condominium owners and three hotel rooms. This is a beautiful property on Lake Superior in the vacation area between Tofte and Lutsen, Minnesota
The position is available April 1, 2015. Applications due by March 1, 2015.
Qualifications for candidates for this position include: prior experience with HOA’s, the resort/hospitality industry, and with property management.
Responsibilities of this position include: property management; supervision of staff; providing vacation rental services; good communication skills.
Compensation for this position to be determined based on applicant’s experience and qualifications.
Onsite manager’s apartment is a two bedroom plus loft condo on Lake Superior and is available for the Manager’s occupancy as part of the compensation package, if desired.

We are still looking for help in our shop! Must have passion/enthusiasm for skiing or boarding, be friendly, good with customers, and have a good work ethic. We work hard and have fun in our shop and on the Hill!
Willing to train in technical aspects for a committed employee, i.e., you will come work for us again next year. Starting wage $11, $12 upon recieveing technician certification (after 4-6 weeks). Perks include access to gear and ski days! Possibility of long-term, full time (Dec.-March) employment with wage increases for the right person.

Birch Grove Community School is looking for a violin/fiddle player to volunteer their time and talent with our students. Time given: 30-45 minutes of playing, giving information on the instrument, and your experience with learning how to play, etc. Also time will be allotted for students to ask questions.
