Cook County School District Operating Levy Meeting - May 13

Cook County School District Operating Levy Meeting

May 13, 2015

5:30-7:00 P.M.

Jane Mianowski Conference Center

Located in the Arrowhead Center for the Arts

The Cook County School District operating levy expires in December, 2015. In order to maintain programming and continue to develop education excellence across Cook County, the District will need to pass a new operating levy in November, 2015. We are seeking input from all Cook County residents. The first 30 minutes of this meeting will be a discussion of proposed operating levy scenarios. The remainder of the meeting will be focused on generating ideas and how people can help. There will be a variety of opportunities to choose from. Time commitments will range from a few hours to multiple days and tasks will be both behind-the-scenes and public. Please consider being an advocate for education in Cook County and join us on May 13, 2015 from 5:30-7:00 P.M. For more information contact Superintendent Schwarz at 387-2271 ext. 612.
