Help Support A Local Singer!

It's no secret to anyone who knows me that music is a huge part of my life.  I started singing at the age of three, and my passion for it only grew from there. I am constantly listening to music or humming a tune. I love to  re-word songs that are already written and put my own twist to them. Music is the second gateway to the soul in my opinion. My grandmother would even tell me when I was little that I had something powerful and special. I believed her, and that’s why I’m pursing my dream today.

I am a wife and a mother of two amazing children. I spent the first three years of my children’s lives being a stay at home mom. I loved being a mother and having the full time job of watching my beautiful children grow, but something was missing. I missed being social and being out in the world. It really hit home for me one day when I was at store and asked the clerk if she had a potty. I was so embarrassed! Three years of raising my children has turned my language into toddler lingo. I knew I had to make a change, so over the past several years I have worked hard putting myself through college and got a good paying job to help support my family. I became a nurses aide and started my medical career at our towns local care center. My passion for taking care of someone gratifies me, but it doesn’t fulfill me. I know I have to do what I am truly passionate about, and that is to be a singer/songwriter.
