MN Co-ops for MN FoodShare March Campaign
For the past few years we’ve all worked together to raise food and money for neighborhood food shelves as part of the Minnesota FoodShare March Campaign. This campaign has been going on for over 30 years and is held in March because that is typically when all the holiday donations run out and food shelves are at their barest. Some of us collect food, some collect money and some collect both.
Cook County Whole Foods Co-op will participate again this year in the Statewide Co-op March FoodShare Campaign. Please consider donating to The Cook County Food Shelf. While donations are accepted year round at the Co-op, March is designated FoodShare Campaign month. Donation bins for non-perishable food items are located in the Co-op eating area, as well as a wooden box for monetary donations.
Thank you for your generosity!
