Spring hasn't sprung, but O&E has

What do you call a line of rabbits walking backwards?

We got tired of winter so we put our Spring/Easter things on display.  Come on in and enjoy spring!!

Flower pots, cute decorating items, practical gardening things.

As of today:  no more couches!  But who knows what tomorrow will bring.  We do have a line on a good shape hide a bed if you are looking for one for your guest room or cabin.

Fabric has been organized! (again)  There is a goodly amount of upholstery fabrics for both large and small projects.  In fact, I believe we now have five large rolls....come in and see.  We can also give upholstering advice.

Just in oodles of spools of embroidery thread.  If they aren't on display (yet) just ask staff.

More  yarn.... including embroidery and craft yarn.

Lots of pictures, ready to take home and put up.  Ask to see the big ship picture if it isn't up yet!!!  If  you have the wall, we  have the picture!

And if you just want to relax and let your imagination run wild, grab a cup of coffee, and find a chair in the North Shore Room where there are some DIY magazines!  We have the goods, can supply the ideas, and you have the skills!!  Get ready for a fun summer.

We are open Mondays 11-6; Tues, Fri., Sat., 10-4  We accept donations on any day we are OPEN.

If you are interested in being part of a team that has fun; work that varies with your skills; is flexibile to your needs, and gives your work hours to the non-profit of YOUR choice..... we want you.

The answer to today's question:     A receding hareline!!

EMDR Therapy now available on Weekdays

Suzabelle Janicek, MA, MFA, ATR is now offering additional weekday availability to schedule new client appointments for EMDR therapy.

People who have suffered for years from anxiety, distressing memories, nightmares, or insomnia caused by abuse or other traumatic events can now gain relief from a revolutionary new therapy called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Research shows that EMDR is rapid, safe and effective. It does not involve the use of drugs or hypnosis and is a simple, non-invasive patient-therapist collaboration. EMDR is designated as an effective treatment by the American Psychiatric Association, the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and many other international health agencies. This efficient approach to psychotherapy has helped over two million people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress.

A powerful, short-term therapy, EMDR is appropriate for a wide range of disorders including chronic pain, phobias, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders and poor self-image, stress, worry, stage fright, performance anxiety, and recovery from sexual abuse or other traumatic incidents.

Suzabelle holds a certificate in both Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR approved by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). This professional association of EMDR practitioners and researchers seeks the highest standards for the clinical use of EMDR therapy.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday for both adults and children. To make an appointment, or for further information, please call Suzabelle at 651-491-6581.
