helpful hints from ODDZ & ENDZ

BIG GEORGE IS GONE!  Our only hope is whoever bought him will regale us with a turkey leg from its first cooking!

IT'S TIME to get ready for that exciting move to (or back to) school/work... Cleaning your room before you go is the hardest part...the easy part is stopping in at O&E to pick up those last important items:

  • popcorn poppers
  • microwaves
  • dishes, pots, pans silverware, pizza pans
  • glasses and mugs
  • coffee pots
  • linens, towels, bathroom necessities, (candles), bath mats,
  • comforters, blankets, pillows
  • curtains, dishtowels, aprons (I was just kidding...we have them but I bet you don't want them),
  • we may even have:  the boring school supplies: paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, alarm clocks, staplers, etc.

Hint for the day from:  Hilltown Lutheran Church Women Helpful Hints"  "When slicing onions, begin at the root end they will not make you cry."  ( I think this means after you dig them out of the ground).  Stay tuned for more helpful hints: or stop in and browse through our " Cook Book and Helpful Hint" section of the book store.

This week at ODDZ 7 ENDZ

BIG GEORGE IS GONE!!!!

We have other things, though...

  • two plus boxes of really cool tiles  and lots of not so cool white tiles that you can do cool things with.  The cool tiles are two sizes of brown texture...perfect for patio or walk...the white ones are just square.  Good deals on both.
  • We have a french press coffee go cup.  You have to see it to believe it!
  • several new-old pieces of furniture: couch (some people call it a divan), end tables, coffee tables.
  • Don't miss out on the women's left hand golf clubs.   We may even have some left hand golf balls.  Comes with left hand bag and cart (not the power kind, the you-have-to- push kind).
  • Have you ever heard of a table top mangle?  Well we have one.  If you don't even iron, I don't know why you would want a mangle...but I am sure it is good for something.

Thought for the day from Hilltown Lutheran Church Women Helpful Hints: "Happiness is like a potato salad.  When you share it with others, it becomes a picnic."

( fyi  we have many of these kinds of books for your library....stop in, drink some coffee, and peruse our bookshelves.).

Mondays 11-6; Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10-4.  We do have an O&E phone:  370-0615.
