For anyone interested in improving their sense of well-being, clinical health numbers, for example: weight, lipids, blood pressure, blood sugars, energy levels, and providing and getting support for changing or maintaining their healthier eating, drinking, or dietary-nutitional intake habits, behaviors and patterns. This newly forming group invites anyone with these interests to share, review available literature, cook books, videos, ideas and personal discoveries or questions and challenges. Bill Christ has volunteered to serve as facilitator and instructor. We will meet initially for at least six times weekly.
