New students please join us for this class to learn the basics of yoga in a fun and supportive environment. Continuing students this class is a wonderful restorative addition to your flow practice. All students will learn basic yoga postures to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Breathing and relaxation techniques are the most important aspect of a beginning class.
No pre-registrationi required. Everyone welcome. $10/Class. Reduced Rate Passes Available. Mats available too.
