Boot Camp Fitness Classes

The Summer Session of boot camp classes start Tuesday, June 19th at the community center. Come get your sweat on and BURN FAT, not just calories with plyometrics, Interval cardio, cranks and circuits. Classes are from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. most Tuesdays and Thursdays in the arena (or if the weather is nice, we take our workouts outside!).
