Want to learn more about gardening and meet with other gardeners?   This June 2 Saturday morning gardening event is for you!  Join us from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Cook County Community Center for the following:
7:30 a.m.  Yoga for Gardeners with Eleanor Hoffman, U of M Master Gardener
                 Great way to get in shape for the gardening season!
8:30 a.m. Veggies in Containers with Diane Booth, CC Extension Director
                 Comprehensive overview about raising your vegetables in containers.  Pros, cons, 
                  how-tos, interesting ideas and great handouts!
9:45 a.m.  Container Design with Jane Horn, U of M Master Gardener
                 Jane has won contests for her container gardens.  Come and learn how she uses
                 flower combinations to enhance her landscape.  She was in the top 10 in Fine
                 Gardening magazines' Container Design Challenge.'
11:15 a.m. Join three of our master gardeners for hands-on demonstrations for container designs
                  They will use different container gardening styles and combinations.
