How to Navigate the Calendar SystemThe calendar system was designed to be fairly easy to navigate. Here are the basics:
Viewing a Calendar
To view a calendar, simply click the name of the calendar in the left sidebar. If you don't see the name of the calendar you want, try clicking "More Calendars". This will expand the list of calendars to show all the calendars available to you.
Some calendars are private - that means they can only be viewed by certain people, not by the general public. To see one of your private calendars, you must log into the system first, using the Member Login form on the left sidebar. (If you don't see a login form on the left sidebar, you're probably already logged in.)
You can view a calendar by month, 2-week period, 1-week period, or by day. To change the view, click the appropriate tab at the top right of the calendar.Going to a Specific Day, Week, etc.
Every calendar display includes left and right arrows at the top which will take you forward or back one day, week, month, etc depending on what view of the calendar you're displaying. For example, if you're looking at the month view, the arrows will move you back or forward a month. If you're looking at the day view, they'll move you back or forward a day.
To jump to a specific day on the current display, click that day's date on either on the large calendar display or on the mini-calendar shown in the left sidebar.
To go to a specific week on the current display, click the week number shown at the beginning of each week of the mini calendar in the left sidebar. If you're looking at the month view of the calendar, you can also click the week number shown on that display.
To go to a specific month, select the month and year from the drop-down boxes at the top of the mini calendar shown in the left sidebar, and click the "Go" button to go to that month.Back to the help menu
