First of all, many would be jealous of the cool job that you have as the overnight doughnut maker at World's Best Donuts.  Can you tell us a bit about that?  How long have you been doing that?  Are the overnight hours hard to get used to?  And what is your favorite doughnut?

Actually the night shift is quite peaceful and I can move along pretty well without a lot of distractions. I love music, so I play it loud and proud. I have been working for the Donut shop for around three years now.  I still do my decorative concrete work on occasions. Getting use to the night shift isn’t that hard for me, due to the fact the business I ran down south was mostly nights holidays and weekends. I did that for 25 years so its kind of like an auto pilot for me. A power nap goes a lot further for me than 6 to 8 hours of sleep. My favorite donut would have to be the chocolate long john.

Where is a favorite spot in the County that you escape to when you want to wind down?

Spending the day fishing with my dad who is retired is my favorite way to escape. I can’t tell you where it is, because everyone else would be there to.

What hobbies do you enjoy when you are not busy working?

Hobbies WOW, I have a bunch. Fishing, hunting, trail riding with the UTV club, snowmobiling.  I love panning for gold and being a lapidarist.  I could go on, but that’s a good start.

What is a surprising fact about yourself that many may not know?

That I actually make the World's Best Donuts!

Did the lack of snow this winter ruin your winter fun or are you more of a summer kind of guy?

It did put a damper on the winter sports, but opened up opportunity for other things.

What is one of your biggest pet peeves?

Being late for work.

Yum!  Some of Seon's work on display!
