Are you a non-profit or government organization?  Do you enjoy youth and have a passion to mentor them as they learn the value of volunteering in our community?  As a host site for the Cook County Youth Volunteer Program, you will have the privilege of mentoring youth ages 11-14 in their first volunteer job experience where they will learn valuable life skills. 

To Participate:

• Fill out the site application 


• We will contact you with confirmation of your application  and provide you with instructions for completing required background checks for mentors.


• Attend Mentor/Youth Orientation:  Wednesday April 24th 5:30-7:30pm
