We want to give a huge SHOUT OUT of appreciation to all who helped make the March 9th Second Chance Art Sale such a wonderful success...including our artists friends who donated their wonderful art, North Shore Artists League, The Hub and everyone who shopped and donated!

Approximately $4,000 was raised to help Care Partners support Cook County community members on the journey of aging and end of life. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
