On Friday, February 23, 2024, the Oshki Ogimaag Community School 6th Annual Aadizookewin Traditional Ojibwe Storytelling event will take place in Grand Portage. 

According to a Facebook post on February 5, 2024, the event will be held in the Log Community Building (58 Upper Road, Grand Portage, MN), and Maajiigwaneyaash (Dr. Gordon Jourdain) will be presenting. Jourdain is from the Lac La Croix First Nation and is the Gifted & Talented Teacher for Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe School. Hear an interview with Dr. Gordon Jourdain from our friends at WTIP Community Radio here. 

The event starts at 5:30pm. Everyone is invited, and a light supper will be served.
