Another week of beautiful sunsets. These photos were taken at the Pincushion Overlook. From this vantage point you can see why they call the ridge above Lake Superior the Sawtooth Mountains. The farthest outcrop is Carlton Peak close to Tofte. Going right is Britton Beak, Leveaux Mountain, Oberg Mountain, Moose Mountain, Lutsen Mountains, Honeymoon Trail, Lookout Mountain and finally the peak overlooking the Cascade River. Looking at these photos reminds me of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway along the Appalachian Mountain Range.
