In the 11th hour of the fundraising campaign, the Duluth Salvation Army has reached its Red Kettle goal thanks in part to an unexpected Christmas miracle.

Director of Development Cyndi Lewis says an anonymous donor is expected to present a $25,000 check to the organization later this week.
