Grand Marais SkiSparks Club offers low-cost cross country ski lessons for Cook County youth

The first official snowfall of the season has come and gone, and many Cook County community members are ready for more.
One group in particular is the Grand Marais SkiSparks Club (formerly Y-Ski), which offers low-cost weekly cross-country ski lessons and equipment rental for kids from Kindergarten - 6th grade. Lynnea Morse, SkiSparks Club co-organizer, told Boreal Community Media that SkiSparks "Is a longstanding tradition at Pincushion and recently we have joined the network of similar youth ski instruction programs under the Minnesota Youth Ski League." Lessons take place once a week starting in January at Pincushion Mountain in Grand Marais,
