Celebrate fall with apple picking at the 5th Annual Grand Marais Apple Fest

Grand Marais is home to three small apple orchards, thanks to Carolyn Dry's "Johnny Appleseed Project", which started in 2019. As part of the project each year, the three apple orchards are open to the community who come to visit and harvest apples.
This year, the orchards will be open on the following dates and times:
In addition to the apple picking, other activities are scheduled including apple cider pressing at North House Folk School (Friday, October 20 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) or Ray Block's Orchard (Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), and the ability to purchase apple pies from Crosby Bakery at the Grand Marais Community Orchard (all dates/times).

- Saturday, October 21 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
