According to the offices of Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, Erin DuPree has been appointed as Minnesota’s first director of the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). DuPree will be responsible for building the new state agency and will help to establish and regulate the new adult-use cannabis market in Minnesota.
