The farmers have spoken and if they're right it's going be a cold and snowy winter in Minnesota. 

A few weeks ago The Farmers' Almanac presented its winter outlook, calling for cold with above normal snowfall for Minnesota. And now the Old Farmer's Almanac has unveiled its winter outlook and it is predicting cold and snowy conditions for almost the entire country.
